Crafted using 11 individually macerated botanicals, including six native Galician ingredients—sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint and glasswort—alongside juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus and black tea, Nordés achieves a beautifully balanced flavour profile that is both floral and herbaceous with subtle citrus complexity. Each botanical is macerated separately before distillation, ensuring every flavour is perfectly extracted and harmonised.
On the nose, expect delicate aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, orchard fruits and soft herbal notes.
