Following a gentle harvest and careful vinification, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve its bright fruit character. It is then aged on its fine lees for several months, adding texture, complexity and a silky mouthfeel while maintaining its refreshing style.

On the nose, expect inviting aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple, pear and subtle herbal notes, complemented by delicate hints of sea breeze and minerality.
