Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water is a blend of high quality quinine from the eastern hills of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and essential oils from herbs harvested along the Mediterranean coast. This makes the Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water a delicate and floral tonic.
History
Tonic Water is a drink that began in 1825 when a British Army officer stationed in India mixed quinine with sugar, water and gin to multitask and fight malaria and happened to make delicious sundowners. Combine with gin, whiskey and even coffee.
