Golden Muscat grapes, descended from European and American Muscat varieties, are celebrated for their intensely aromatic character. After years of cultivation in Taiwan, these grapes have developed expressive tropical fruit notes, high natural sugar levels, and well-balanced acidity, making them an exceptional foundation for refined sweet white wines.

Only fully ripe Golden Muscat grapes are selected, then gently fermented at low temperatures in ice-cellars to recreate the frost-like conditions of traditional European ice wine regions. This slow, controlled process concentrates the fruit’s essence, uniting Taiwanese terroir with northern winemaking techniques and capturing the quiet passage of time in every bottle.

As fermentation unfolds, the grapes’ rich aromatics are gradually revealed, harmonising with vibrant acidity and a silky, smooth texture. The result is a wine that is fragrant, balanced, and elegantly refined.
