Traditional techniques combine with modern-day know-how in a vermouth created for contemporary mixology. Deep, complex flavour and leaving a long full bodied taste. 1757 Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry features only Italian wines with Trebbiano-based blend; enriched with a botanical bouquet which is Artemesia (wormwood) from Piedmont. And, a secret blend of dozens of botanicals including cloves, yarrow, mint, and vanilla which gives a fuller vermouth experience to enjoy by itself or in cocktails. Cinzano legacy started in 1757 when Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano opened their shop in Torino, Italy. In 2015, this Cinzano 1757 is specifically created by herbalist and master blender himself, Bruno Malavasi, who expertly led his team on a botanical journey to reach the peak of flavors in 1757 Vermouth di Torino GI. COLOR: Pale crystal yellow with greenish reflections. NOSE: A delicate Mediterranean herb (mint, sage, oregano, thyme) and citrus peel bouquet, with floral notes (lemon and orange blossoms). Pleasantly rounded by lightly spiced finish, reminiscent of cloves. TASTE: Fresh, dry, and mouth-warming. Sublte wine notes accompany the Mediterranean herb bouquet on the palate. FINISH: Long, pleasantly bitter finish complemented with mineral memories. ABV: 18%.
