How It’s Made - From Green Pastures To Your Glass

A key ingredient that sets Baileys aside from other cream liqueurs, an estimated 200 million litres of fresh Irish milk is needed each year to churn the cream used in making Baileys. Supplied by small, independent, or family-owned Irish farms, the milk is collected from cows living in only the finest sustainably driven environments where animal care is a top priority. The cream produced is then mixed with aged Irish whiskey, other fine spirits, chocolate and vanilla flavours to create the renowned spirit that is used in a wide range of mouth-watering drink and dessert recipes. That’s right, you can drink your Baileys and eat it too.

Baileys Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1. 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
2. 1 tsp hot chocolate powder
3. 100ml fresh milk
4. 1 dollop of cream
5. Chocolate sprinkles, cookies, brownies, or sauce to garnish

Directions

1. Using the hot chocolate powder and milk, make a normal hot chocolate. 
2. Add the Baileys.
3. Garnish generously with cream, chocolate sprinkles, cookies, brownies, or sauce.

Baileys Latte

Ingredients

1. 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
2. 1 shot espresso
3. 150ml hot milk
4. Chocolate sprinkles to garnish

Directions

1. Pour 150ml of hot milk into a tall latte glass.
2. Add 100ml of espresso.
3. Add in 50ml of Baileys. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

Flat White Martini Cocktail

Ingredients

1. 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
2. 25ml vodka
3. 25ml espresso
4. A few ice cubes
5. Coffee beans to decorate

Directions

1. Pop all ingredients except coffee beans in a cocktail shaker.
2. Continue shaking until everything is nicely blended and the liquid is consistently smooth.
3. Strain into a martini cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans.
