A delicious, high-quality spiced rum from Richard Seale's Foursquare distillery on Barbados, home of Doorly's.
On the nose it's butterscotch, green tea and honey followed by almonds, candied orange peel, ginger and clove. On the palette, rich barley sugar before notes of dry spice: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. To finish it has soft spice and barley sugar slowly fade.
