Evan Williams Bourbon is full of character and it is done right. This bourbon has aged for a minimum of 4 years which makes it smooth, rich and easy to enjoy. Evan Williams Black Label was introduced back in 1957. Initially a 7 year 90 proof bourbon with garish packaging, it has made a few changes over the period. Evan Williams Black Label is made from Heaven Hill’s standard bourbon mash bill: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted grain. It’s non-age stated. Also, it is the second best-selling bourbon in the world.
History
Evan Williams Bourbon is named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky’s First Distillery along the banks of the Ohio River in 1783. After many years, the method of distilling the Bourbon is still the same traditional way to produce many barrels of Evan Williams Bourbon. It has been ranked as one of the world’s best selling whiskey brands with the fastest market growing share among the top-volume American whiskey brands.
