History
Four Pillars was not built based on four core pillar principles, but only one: to bring Australia’s best ingredients and combine them to produce Australia’s best gin. From a small craft distillery back in 2013 to becoming the World’s Leading Gin Producer in 2019 and 2020 (IWSC), the 3 founders of Four Pillars have certainly made their mark in the liquor distillery market.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Sweetness of red fruit, particularly from the grapes used with spicy festive notes

Raspberry, plum, juniper pine, dash of peppercorn and zesty citrus
Finish
Spicy notes of mint, ginger and earthy clove, with the lingering taste of red berries.
