The Artistry
Only 100% natural ingredients are used in the making of Jinro Chamisul Soju. Its hangover causing impurities and other residual grains are dutifully purified 4 times using bamboo charcoal to provide a clean and fresh flavor.
In Europe, only clean additives were used, such as Finnish fructose, a plant-based sweetener to replace sugar.

Jinro Soju is made using an unconventional mix of starches - rice, barley, and tapioca. Soju was originally made using only rice but Jinro switched up their style when the Korean government banned rice for soju production.
