What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, except for items which are delivered in a damaged condition. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item by emailing [email protected] or dropping us a message at +65 8685 5500 Once notified about the damaged item, Cellarbration will arrange for an exchange or return credit for the damaged item depending on the extent of damage.

Who can accept my delivery?

Please make sure that there is someone available to accept your order during the specified delivery timeslot. In any instance that there is no one at home to accept the order, a re-delivery charge of S$12 may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are sorry to inform you that cancellations will not be allowed and any request for changes made 1 day before delivery will not be possible. All other change requests to your order cannot be guaranteed and will have to be handled on a case by case basis. If you require any assistance regarding your order, please kindly email us at [email protected] as early as possible.
