Can I change or cancel my order?

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, except for items which are delivered in a damaged condition. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item by emailing [email protected] Once notified about the damaged item, Cellarbration will arrange for an exchange or return credit for the damaged item depending on the extent of damage.Read more
