Forming part of Teeling’s popular Small Batch Collaboration series, this bottling has been finished for a period in Finnish distillery K Yearso’s barrel aged Rye Gin casks. The finishing process follows 6 years of maturation in former Bourbon barrels. The final result is a striking whiskey, rich in notes of gin botanicals, rye spice, citrus rind, buttery grain, cinnamon, peach, apple, hay, light white wine and toffee.
