This Spanish rosé mixes glitz, femininity, creativity, and modernity with the experience and tradition of what is perhaps Codornu's most iconic commodity, Anna de Codorniu. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are sourced from vineyards in Lleida, the D.O. Cava region with the most continental climate. This gives the grapes the best optimal concentration, minimal acidity and greater body intensity. The grape harvest occurs in the middle of August, done at night to keep the grapes as fresh as possible, preserving the aroma and preventing oxidation or spontaneous fermentation.
